Illegal Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities using the KOLO_AI® platform, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of others.
• Distribution or solicitation of malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Engaging in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law.

Unauthorized Access and Use

The following activities are considered unauthorized and are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to KOLO_AI® systems, servers, or data.
• Using another user’s account without permission.
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical loopholes in the platform.
• Bypassing security mechanisms or attempting to interfere with the security of the platform.

Abuse and Harassment

We expect all users to engage respectfully on our platform. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Engaging in hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats of violence.
• Targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Posting or sharing content that is defamatory, abusive, or obscene.

AI-Specific Prohibited Activities

To align with Microsoft's Responsible AI Principles and Azure AI guidelines, the following AI-specific activities are strictly prohibited on the KOLO_AI® platform:

• Using AI for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
• Creating or distributing content that is misleading, fraudulent, or designed to deceive others.
• Utilizing AI to generate or disseminate disinformation, deepfakes, or false representations that can harm individuals or organizations.
• Generating offensive, harmful, or dangerous content, including violence, hate speech, or sexually explicit material.
• Developing or using AI models for surveillance or profiling individuals without their explicit consent.
• Using AI to automate decision-making in ways that result in unfair or discriminatory outcomes (e.g., racial, gender, or socioeconomic bias).
• Employing AI to impersonate individuals without permission or to facilitate identity theft or fraud.
• Using AI in weapons systems or military applications without appropriate oversight and ethics review.

Misuse of Platform Resources

Users are prohibited from misusing KOLO_AI® resources in the following ways:

• Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or attempting to degrade the performance of the platform.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in ways that are not permitted.
• Generating excessive load on the platform that causes disruption to other users.

Spamming and Phishing

KOLO_AI® does not tolerate any forms of spamming or phishing. The following actions are prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotional content.
• Engaging in phishing or attempts to steal sensitive information from other users.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other individuals or businesses for fraudulent purposes.

Content Violations

The following content is strictly prohibited on KOLO_AI®:

• Disseminating copyrighted material without permission.
• Uploading or sharing content that promotes violence, illegal activities, or adult content.
• Distributing or facilitating the sharing of pirated software or media.

Enforcement and Reporting

KOLO_AI® takes violations of these policies seriously. If you witness or experience any prohibited activities, we encourage you to report them immediately to our support team at after having signed in to KOLO_AI®.

KOLO_AI® reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines. In severe cases, we may pursue legal action or report the violation to law enforcement.
